The whole building has two levels. Each gite has a terrace, plus a garden for the biggest. Depending on the season and weather, you will enjoy the sun on the terrace or the garden, to the shade of vines, bamboo and chestnut trees.

On the spot :

• A shelter to cover your vehicles ; area for activities (table tennis,...)

Both accommodations are equipped with ADSL high debit for Internet and telephony (telephony under conditions).
The cottages are non-smoking.
They can accommodate tourist and family clientele (rather in the summer), as well as groups of up to 14 people (associations ,...) or families "in transit" (up to 3 months).

The first home, called « La treille » because a large and venerable vine is covers its terrace, has an area of over 100 square metres and can ideally receive 6 persons.

It has 3 rooms and includes : at the ground floor an entry with W.C., a living room with fireplace and kitchen.

On the first floor : two independent bedrooms, separated by an open space with bunk beds, a spacious bathroom with shower and tub and an independent W.C.
Apart from the terrace in front of the house, there is a lawn partly in the shade of bamboo, with a outside shower.

The second house, adjacent to the first "La treille », is surrounded by two chestnut trees. With a surface area of 70 square metres which ideally accommodate 4 persons.

It has 3 rooms and includes, at the ground floor : an entry with W.C., a living room with a corner wood stove and kitchen.

On the first floor : two bedrooms separated by the bathroom and an independent W.C.
The renovation of an ancient wall and base, remnants of the former stable, its ancient oak beams, old clay tiles decorate the kitchen, the massive wooden floor, gives the lodging its charm.

Apart from the first terrace, you can enjoy a second terrace in the old water basin with a shower or appreciate the shade of the chestnut tree.

These rates includ charges for water, electricity, heating, ADSL but not the city tax.
Household linen service offered for rentals of at least two consecutive weeks.
The rooms are rented by the week during the high season, from Saturday to Saturday, and from one night to three months on mid and low season.
For short stays (less than a week) or long (over two weeks), consult the owner.

Booking Deadlines

For the summer period, we advise you to book your week(s) at the earliest possible date (from january).
During mid and low season, for one night or several weeks, you can try your luck until the last day.

Rental Conditions

In case of agreement on your part to make a booking, you will be sent a description of the lodging concerned and the rental agreement. The mutual commitment will be final upon receipt of the signed contract and payment of at least one deposit.
Payment of the balance on arrival at the latest.
Deposit of 500 € to be paid on arrival.
We are not equipped to accept credit cards.
